Paul T. Niehaus, 70, of Charleroi formerly of Roscoe, died Thursday, April 13, 2017 at 5:20 pm at Mon Valley Hospital, Monongahela.  Born November 24, 1946 in N. Charleroi, he was the son of the late Charles W. Niehaus and Evelyn Mavrakis Niehaus of North Belle Vernon.  A resident of Charleroi for the past 2 years, Mr. Niehaus was a member of Mary Mother of the Church, Charleroi, was owner of The Source, Washington, enjoyed fishing, reading and basketball.

In addition to his mother he is survived by three children Lorraine Monack of Monongahela, Bailey Niehaus of Mt. Pleasant, Alex Niehaus of Mt. Pleasant; two grandchildren Brittany & Bobbi-Jo; two sisters & brothers in law Rita & Michael Labonich of West Newton, Mary & John Gira of North Belle Vernon and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.  He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Alex & Alma Mavrakis and paternal grandparents A. Herman & Elizabeth Niehaus.

Visitation will be held Sunday from 6-8 PM at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon 724-929-6183.  Prayers of Transfer will be held Monday at 10:30 am in the funeral home followed by funeral mass at 11:00 am at St. Sebastian R.C. Church with the Rev. Msgr. Roger A. Statnick Pastor as celebrant.  The Family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Paul T. Niehaus to City Mission, Washington or the St. Vincent DePaul Society, Monessen.
