Eileen Carson

Eileen Cheti Carson, 82, of Belle Vernon, Washington Twp., died Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh.  Born January 29, 1936 in Sheboygan, WI she was the daughter of the late Reno and Helen Lynch Cheti.  A resident of Belle Vernon for over 60 years, Mrs. Carson was a member of St. Sebastian R.C. Church, was a graduate of Seton Hill College and was a retired sales and service representative from Manasha Corp.  Eileen had also volunteered for Meals on Wheels, and on the Heart Floor at Mercy Hospital.

She is survived by her husband Leon Carson to whom she was married 62 years; four children Regina Stottlemyer, Dennis & Denise Carson, Jeffrey & Cindy Carson all of Fallowfield Twp., Lisa & Mark Williams of Smithton; 13 grandchildren Tara, Rebecca, Jaclyn, Kelsey, Keith, Kevin, Sarah, Brandon, Erin, James, Dakota, Rachel & Ryan; five great grandchildren; and a sister Cynthia Kinder of Dunlevy.  She is preceded in death by a daughter Susan Carson; two grandchildren Katelin Williams, Sean Stottlemyer and a sister Rena Cheti.

Visitation will be held Monday from 6-8 PM and Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon 724-929-6183.  Prayers of Transfer will be held Wednesday at 9:30 am in the funeral home followed by funeral mass at 10:00 am at St. Sebastian R.C. Church.  Interment will take place in Maple Creek Cemetery.  Members of St. Sebastian parish will pray the rosary for the departed soul of Eileen Carson Tuesday at 3 pm in the funeral home.  The Family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Eileen Carson to American Heart Association.
