Carol Ambler

Carol Ciampini Ambler, 72, of Belle Vernon, Washington Twp., died Thursday, October 20, 2016 at 8:30 am at West Penn Hospital, Pittsburgh.  Born November 15, 1943 in Greensburg, PA she was the daughter of the late Donald and Dorothy Cacic Ciampini.  A resident of Belle Vernon for the past 23 years, Mrs. Ambler attended Pricedale Union Church where she was a member of the Climber's Club.  Mrs. Ambler was retired from the former Bell Telephone Co., where she worked in the accounting department with 33 years of service. She was also a member of the Pioneer Club of Bell Telephone and was active in various community activities and charities.

She is survived by two brothers & sisters in law Earnest & Caren Ciampini of West Weber, UT, Donald & Carol Ciampini of Greensburg; two sisters & brothers in law Donna & Jim Regotti of Travares, FL, Maureen & Larry Fox of Belle Vernon; three nephews Kevin Ciampini & wife Wendy, Joshua Ciampini, Jordan Fox, a great nephew Austin Ciampini and a great niece Dylan Ciampini.  She is preceded in death by her husband John Ambler and nephew Aaron Ciampini.

Visitation will be held Sunday from 2-4 pm at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon 724-929-6183.  Funeral services will be held Monday at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations at 10:00 AM with the Rev. James J. Mimidis of Pricedale Union Church officiating.  Entombment will take place in Mon Valley Memorial Park.  The Family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Carol Ambler to Awana at Pricedale Union Church, Belle Vernon or the World Wildlife Fund PO Box 96555 Washington DC 20077.
