Clarence 'Rick' Hoffman

Clarence ‘Rick’ Hoffman, 72, of Dawson, Perry Twp., passed away Friday, November 25, 2022 at his home.  Born April 15, 1950 in N. Charleroi, PA he was the son of the late Clarence Hoffman Jr. and Elizabeth Ann Flint Hoffman.  A resident of Dawson for the past 27 years, Mr. Hoffman was a former member of the Harmony Presbyterian Church, Belle Vernon and retired in 2020 from Walmart Vision Center, Belle Vernon, where he worked as an Optician.  Rick enjoyed hunting, fishing, making wine and maple syrup, woodworking and 'supervising' all projects.

He is survived by his wife Sheila Saxon Hoffman; son Rick Hoffman & Tonya Morris of Grindstone; nine grandchildren Courtney Ann Hoffman, Jacob Hoffman, Tyler Hoffman, Isaac Hoffman, Ethan Hoffman, Evan Hoffman, Blair Lozier, Kacey Shea, Heidi Shae; brother & sister in law Jeff & Mary Hoffman of Monessen and a great grand dog Mak.  He is preceded in death by his son Chris Hoffman

Visitation will be held Monday from 2-4 & 6-7:30 pm at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations LLC, Family Owned and Operated, 191 Liberty St. Perryopolis, PA 724-736-2515 followed funeral services 7:30 PM with the Pastor Chuck Jack of Perryopolis United Methodist Church officiating.
