Darla J. Craig

Darla J. Jones Craig, 78, of Belle Vernon, Rostraver Twp., passed away Thursday, May 15, 2025 at AHN Jefferson Hospital, Jefferson Hills. Born September 4, 1946 in Monongahela, PA she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Virginia Rue Jones. A resident of Belle Vernon for over 35 years, Darla was a member of St. Sebastian R.C. Church, Belle Vernon, retired from Denny's Corporation, where she worked as a Training Manager.

She is survived by her son & daughter in law Bruce & Margaret Girgenrath of Greensburg; brothers & sisters in law Lesie & Colleen Jones of West Mifflin, Jeffrey & Cindy Jones of Donora, Eric & Monica Jones of Indiana, PA; sister Denise Brown of Rostraver Twp.; four grandchildren Ashley Fisher, Jessica Yocolano, Emily Jo Girgenrath, Lucas Girgenrath and five great grandchildren Chloe, James, Gianna, Nico & Kyrie. She is preceded in death by her sister Gail Ann Thomas.

Visitation will be held Monday from 8:30-9:30AM at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations LLC, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon 724-929-6183 followed by Prayers of Transfer at 9:30 am in the funeral home followed by funeral mass at 10:00 am at St. Sebastian R.C. Church. Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Darla J. Craig to the foodbank or the Belle Vernon Bag Brigade.
