David Deliman, 77, of Rostraver Twp., passed away Sunday, September 20, 2026 at his home with his family by his side. Born September 12, 1949 in McKeesport, PA he was the son of the late Andrew N. and Pauline Roberts Deliman. A resident of Rostraver Twp. for the past 27 years, previously of Liberty Borough, Mr. Deliman was Catholic by Faith. Mr. Deliman was retired from Allegheny County, where he worked as a Deputy Sheriff. He was a veteran of Vietnam where he served in the US Army as Military Police and was a member of the Glassport American Legion. He took great pleasure in attending car shows, working in his garage on cars and trucks, and spending time on his tractor. Above all, he cherished moments spent with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife Deborah Billy Deliman to whom he was married to for 54 years, daughter & son in law Michelle & Wesley Sadler of Fayette City, two sons & daughters in law David & Nickolle Deliman of Port Vue, Tim & Kara Deliman of Santa Clarita, CA, eight grandchildren Emily & Kevin Piper, Matthew Albright, Nicholas Sadler, Makenzee Deliman & Ben Bossart, DJ Deliman, Kendra Deliman, Layla Deliman, Jaxon Deliman, two brothers & sister in law Vaughn & Nancy Deliman of Florida, Dennis Deliman of West Mifflin, and two sisters & brothers in law Paulette & Jim Stearns of Tennessee, Cindy & Matt Rozanski of Alabama, and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his brother Andrew 'Buddy' Deliman and sister Joyce Gerber.

Visitation and funeral services were held privately for the family on Wednesday with Rev. Anthony Onoko of St. Sebastian RC Church, Belle Vernon officiating. Interment took place in Belle Vernon Cemetery. David’s funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations LLC, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon 724-929-6183. The family extends a special thank you to Amedisys Hospice especially his nurse Michelle and to the home health nurses Sierra, Peggy, John and Adam and to Gerri for all the loving care and support given to David.
