Dolores Jean Hixson Pike, 87, of Perryopolis, Perry Twp., passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at WVU Medicine Uniontown Hospital, Uniontown. Born January 13, 1939 in Mt. Pleasant, PA she was the daughter of the late Robert and Catherine Franco Hixson. A resident of Perryopolis for over 69 years, Mrs. Pike was a homemaker and loved taking care of and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her two sons & daughters in law John & Cindy Pike of Dinnwiddie, VA, Gregory & Ellen Pike of Star Junction, daughter in law Diane Pike of Star Junction, two sisters Shirley Hough of Florida, Ida Mae Denitti of Smithton, eight grandchildren Larry Pike III, Brandy Lynn Rice, Dawn Marie Pike, Rachael Ann Pike, Josh Scott Pike, John Martin Pike, Gregory Alan Pike Jr., Justin Megan Pike, and 11 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Larry M. Pike Sr., son Larry M. Pike Jr., three sisters Catherine Scotmas, Gloria Hixson, Margaret Weaver, and brother Robert Hixson.
