Dominic F. Diamond, 83, of Perry Twp., passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at his home surrounded by his family. Born May 27, 1943 in Detroit, MI he was the son of the late August and Florence Townsend Diamond. A resident of Perry Twp. for the past 59 years, Mr. Diamond was a member of the Uniontown Church of the Brethren. Dominic was a veteran of the Vietnam where he served in the US Army and was a retired welder from US Steel. He owned & operated Harrison's Lawn Furniture with his wife, Karen. He found joy in camping, boating, and winter vacations in Anna Maria Island, Florida. He treasured spending time with his grandchildren and always enjoyed a leisurely drive to get ice cream.
He is survived by his wife Karen Hoon Diamond to whom they would have celebrated 65 years of marriage in November, son Jeffery Diamond of Perryopolis, son & daughter in law Craig & Ronda Diamond of Belle Vernon, two sisters & brothers in law Sarah & Rick Jones of Belle Vernon, Lorraine & David Burson, five grandchildren Matt & Tricia Diamond, Sara & Nathan Denard, Leigha & Jacob Kubitza, Dillon Diamond, Elijah Diamond, three great grandchildren Allison Diamond, Colson Diamond, Klaire Jean Kubitza, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. He is preceded in death by his two brothers August Diamond Jr. and Alvin Diamond.
Visitation will be held Saturday from 2-5:30 PM followed by funeral services at 5:30 PM with Pastor Ed Moore of Uniontown Church of the Brethren at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations LLC, Family Owned and Operated, 191 Liberty St. Perryopolis, PA 724-736-2515. The Family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Dominic F. Diamond to the Fayette County 4-H Clubs.
