Evelyn Krivda

Evelyn Holet Krivda, 96, of Belle Vernon, passed away Thursday, August 8, 2024 at her home. Born November 14, 1927 in Pricedale, PA she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Wozniak Holet. A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon and Gillespie, Mrs. Krivda was a member of St. Sebastian R.C. Church, Belle Vernon. Evelyn had a love of flowers, especially her roses and could always be found outside tending to her flower garden.

She is survived by her son & daughter in law Ronald & Jacqueline Krivda of Coal Center, daughter & son in law Carol & Richard Kalkstein of New Kensington, daughter Arlene O'Lexa of West Newton, son Richard Krivda & companion Denise Galuppo of Belle Vernon, eight grandchildren Anthony, Thomas, Lisa, Michael, David, Jennifer, Susan, Robert, and eight great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Anthony ‘Tony’ Krivda, five brothers John, Charles, Andrew, Michael, Peter Holet, and two sisters Helen Krivda and Ann Fazio. 

Private family visitation and funeral mass was held for the family at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations LLC, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon 724-929-6183. Interment took place in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
