Frances L. Pollifroni Mannina, 84, of Dunlevy, passed away Thursday, June 4, 2026 at Residence At Hilltop, Monongahela. Born September 15, 1941 in Bentleyville, PA she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Mary Ann Sicchitano Pollifroni. A resident of Dunlevy for over 64 years, Mrs. Mannina was a member of St. Andrew the Apostle Church, Charleroi.

She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, Frances enjoyed spending as much time as she could with her family. She was known for her wonderful cooking and enjoyed reading.

She is survived by daughter Carla Sevcik of Monongahela, son Joseph Mannina III of Chartiers Twp., daughter & son in law Gina & Kevin Borkowski of Lancaster, sister Rosemarie Hixenbaugh, brother in law Ronald Johns, five grandchildren Michelle & Penny Sevcik, Dylan & Abby Borkowski, Shannon Borkowski, Jacqueline Mannina, Gianna Mannina, great granddaughter Evelyn Borkowski, and numerous nieces & nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband Joseph A. Mannina Jr., two sisters Lena Greenfield, Antoinette Johns, daughter in law Elaine Mannina, son in law Michael Sevcik.

Private family visitation and funeral services will be held. Frances’s funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations LLC, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon 724-929-6183. Interment will take place in Howe Cemetery. The family wishes to extend their gratitude and thanks to Residence at Hilltop as well as OSPTA Hospice staff for the wonderful care their mother received.
