Harold Jack 'Casey' Coulter

Harold Jack 'Casey' Coulter, 90, of North Belle Vernon, passed away Thursday, June 11, 2020 at Highlands Hospital, Connellsville.  Born March 20, 1930 in Charleroi, PA he was the son of the late Harold M. and Susan Shemo Coulter.  A resident of North Belle Vernon for the past 40 years, Mr. Coulter was a member of Char-Belle Free Methodist Church and was retired from Combustion Engineering, where he worked as a machinist.  Casey was a veteran of the US Air Force having served in the Korean War, was a lifetime member of Moose Loom #209 of Belle Vernon, Belle Vernon American Legion Post #659, served many years on the Board of Directors of the Charleroi Elks Club and enjoyed golfing.

He is survived by his wife Martha E. Black Coulter, to whom he was married to for 30 years, step-daughter & son in law Kim & Leonard Heino of Speers, nieces and nephews, Melinda Lucas of Papillion, NE, Celissa & Bob Dorsey of Texas, Laura & Frank Tilocco of Chordon, OH, Truman A. & Terri Burch of Lexington, NE, favorite cousin G. Robert & Paulette Kirby of Struthers, OH, sister & brother in law Shirley A. & Jim Cooper of Papillion, NE, grandson Jason Koslosky, several great nieces and nephews, dear friend Gloria Yuschak of Fayette City, and pet dogs Candi.  He is preceded in death by his brother Robert 'Tex' Coulter and his pet dog Patches.

Visitation will be held Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon 724-929-6183.  Funeral services will be held Monday at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations at 10 AM with Pastor Eugene Spear, retired pastor of Char-Belle Free Methodist Church officiating.  Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
