John DeGregorio

John DeGregorio, 91, of Charleroi, Speers, died Sunday, January 20, 2019 at 1:05 pm at his home.  Born August 18, 1927 in Monessen, PA he was the son of the late Mariano and Josephine Delledonne DiGregorio.  A resident of Speers for the past 4 years, Mr. DeGregorio was a Jehovah's Witness and was a retired manager from Corning Glass of Charleroi.  John served as a full-time minister since the age of 17, enjoyed Bible reading, spending time with his nieces and nephews, enjoying the sunshine and spending time on the beach and found comfort with his animals.

He is survived by his wife Linda Hamer DeGregorio to whom he was married 27 years; daughter & son in law Kristina & Gary Talmich of Speers; two sons & daughter in law Jason & Maria Stoltz of Charleroi, John Thomas of Milton; two brothers Joseph DiGregorio of Charleroi, Robert DiGregorio of Florida and numerous nieces and nephews.  He is preceded in death by three sisters Rita DiGregorio, Jean Adamio and Alice Dismera.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, February 3, 2019 at 2 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses 1596 Grand Blvd, Monessen 15062 with the Kevin Gillis officiating.  Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon 724-929-6183.
