Lillian G. 'Dede' Maguire

Lillian G. ‘Dede’ Maguire, 88, of North Belle Vernon, died Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 8:11 pm at Jefferson Regional Medical Center, Jefferson Hills with her family by her side.  Born January 27, 1928 in Monessen, PA she was the daughter of the late Francis Maguire Sr. and Lillian Hickey Maguire.   A resident of North Belle Vernon, Mrs. Maguire was a member of St. Sebastian R.C. Church, Belle Vernon and was a member of the

former St. Sebastian Legion of Mary.  She was a retired sales clerk from G.C. Murphy and Fisher Big Wheel.

She is survived by two sisters Louise Stark of North Belle Vernon, Mary Kovalsky of North Belle Vernon; a brother & sister in law Thomas & Linda Maguire of Jim Thorpe, PA and several loving nieces and nephews.  She is preceded in death by her brother Francis Maguire Jr.

Visitation will be held Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon 724-929-6183.  Prayer Service will be held Saturday at 9:00 am in the funeral home followed by funeral mass at 9:30 am at St. Sebastian R.C. Church with the Rev. Msgr. Roger A. Statnick pastor as celebrant.  Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  Members of St. Sebastian parish will pray the rosary for the departed soul of Lillian Maguire Friday at 3 pm in the funeral home.  The family would also wish to thank Thorpe’s Care Home and Jefferson Hospital for their loving care.
