Linda M. Barlow Ruffner, 78, of Belle Vernon, Rostraver Twp., passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at her home. Born June 22, 1948 in Mt. Clemens, MI she was the daughter of the late Irving and Grace Beaujeen Barlow. A resident of Belle Vernon for the past 30 years, Linda was a homemaker and enjoyed crocheting.

She is survived by her daughter & son in law Judith & Christopher Biggins of Rostraver Twp., brother Luther Barlow, and grandson Brandon Short. She is preceded in death by her husband Raymon Ruffner, brother Milford Barlow, sister Delores Caufman, son Frank Ruffner, and daughter Margaret Ruffner Bobbs.
