Marsha Galiotto

Marsha L. Vig Galiotto, 77, of West Newton, passed away Sunday, March 24, 2024 at her home surrounded by her family.  Born August 28, 1946 in Brownsville, PA she was the daughter of the late Betty Keene.  A resident of West Newton for the past 52 years, Mrs. Galiotto was an active member of the First Christian Church of Belle Vernon where she would attend Sunday services and bible studies on Wednesday religiously.  Marsha loved to bake and cook for her family and was known to have the best gobs around. She always had an open door to anyone who needed to talk, she was a great listener and gave great advice for those who sought it.

She is survived by her son & daughter in law Shawn W. & Tracy Galiotto of West Newton, daughter & son in law Julie & Steve Kenderes of West Newton; four grandchildren Alyssa & Marc Brown, Dillon & Ashley Galiotto, Steven Kenderes, Lauren Kenderes; and three great grandchildren Anthony Brown, Aila Brown, and Greyson Galiotto.  She is preceded in death by her husband Wesley C. Galiotto. 

Visitation and funeral services were held privately for the family on Wednesday with Pastor Sam Batton officiating.  Interment took place in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  Marsha’s funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations LLC, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon 724-929-6183.
