Nancy L. Martin

Nancy L. Nussbaumer Martin, 86, of Perryopolis, Jefferson Twp., passed away Saturday, November 9, 2024 at AHN Jefferson Hospital, Jefferson Hills. Born April 10, 1938 in Lowber, PA she was the daughter of the late Walter and Violet Stimmel Nussbaumer. A lifelong resident of the Perryopolis area, Mrs. Martin was a member of St. John The Baptist RC Church, Perryopolis. Mrs. Martin was a homemaker and a wonderful cook and baker. She enjoyed gathering with her group of ladies for old-fashioned rug hooking and most of all loved her grandchildren.

She is survived by her son & daughter in law Scott & Aimee Martin of Perryopolis, daughter & son in law Amy & Ron Cagle of Atlanta, five grandchildren Zachary, Elizabeth, Josiah, Olivia & Elias, brother in law & sister in law Bernie & Katie Martin of Perryopolis, nieces & nephews Natalie, Amanda, Bernie, Jill, Jimmy, and Jeff. She is preceded in death by her husband Joseph G. Martin, brother Walter Nussbaumer, infant brother Frank Nussbaumer. 

Visitation will be held Sunday from 6-8 PM and Monday from 10-11 AM at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations LLC, Family Owned and Operated, 191 Liberty St. Perryopolis, PA 724-736-2515. Prayers of Transfer will be held Monday at 11 AM in the funeral home followed by funeral mass at 11:30 AM at St. John The Baptist RC Church with the Father David Nazimek as celebrant. Interment will take place in St. John The Baptist RC Cemetery.
