Patricia D. Clay, 79, of Star Junction, passed away Monday, June 22, 2026 at UPMC Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born June 30, 1946 in Star Junction, PA she was the daughter of the late John and Eleanor Majka Clay. A lifelong resident of Star Junction, Patricia was a member of St. John The Baptist RC Church. She was a retired pharmacy technician from Rite Aid and Thrift Drug, was an avid reader, enjoyed traveling and crossword puzzles. She donated to St. Jude, the Indian Reservations, Goodwill, to Veterans organizations and was a MAGA Supporter.

She is survived by her daughter Nancy 'Missy' Clay of Star Junction, brother & sister in law David & Laurel Clay of Ocala, FL, two nieces Malissa & Brittany Clay, pet cats Spencer & Satin, and numerous nieces & nephews.

Visitation will be held Friday from 9-11:00 AM at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations LLC, Family Owned and Operated, 191 Liberty St. Perryopolis, PA 724-736-2515 followed by Prayers of Transfer at 11:00 am in the funeral home and funeral mass at 11:30 am at St. John The Baptist RC Church.
