Robert E. Lee

Robert E. Lee, 72, of Fayette City, passed away Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Transitions Healthcare, Washington.  Born June 4, 1948 in N. Charleroi, PA he was the son of the late Charles and Helen Husher Lee.  A resident of Fayette City, Robert was Presbyterian by faith, retired from Lee Supply, Charleroi, where he worked as a Fusion Technician and was a veteran of the US Navy having served during the Vietnam War.  He also enjoyed classic cars, going to car shows and was a member of the Rosco American Legion.

He is survived by his wife Donna Hogan Lee to whom he was married 44 years; two sons & daughters in law Charles & Shelly Lee of Belle Vernon, James & Dawn Lee of Donora; daughter & son in law Kristen & Richard Hilty of West Newton; brother Charles Jeffrey of Belle Vernon; sister Eleanor Lee of Belle Vernon; five grandchildren Dominic, Shelbi, Danika, Charlie, Sammie and a grandchild due in August.  He is preceded in death by a brother Harry 'Hal' Lee and a sister Catherine 'Cassie' Diulus.

Visitation will be held Monday from 6-7:30 pm at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations LLC, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon 724-929-6183 followed by funeral services at 7:30 PM with the Rev. Mary Kay Glunt of First Presbyterian Church officiating.  In accordance with state mandates masks MUST be worn and social distancing must be maintained.
