Thomas H. Gilmore, 80, of Wick Haven, died Monday, February 27, 2017 at 5:54 pm at his home surrounded by his family. Born August 28, 1936 in Whitsett, he was the son of the late Alfred and Ada Easter Gilmore. Mr. Gilmore was a lifelong resident of Wick Haven. He is survived by his wife Sophie Strother Gilmore; two sons & daughter in law Thomas H. Gilmore Jr. & wife Sandy, Brian Gilmore & wife Shelly; five grandchildren David, Ian, Lisa, Brandon & Justin; four great grandchildren and his beloved pets Rusty & Molly. Funeral service will be private for the family.
