Baby Tiffany Louise Burwell was born silent on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at WVU - Ruby Memorial, Morgantown. She was the daughter of Ronald Burwell III and Tonya Smith. She is survived by her parents, paternal grandmother Earla Burwell, maternal grandmother Lisa Verbus, uncles Bryan Burwell, Timothy Smith, Timothy Wolfe, and aunt Angela Fowler. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather Ronald Burwell Jr.
