Ulysses Grant Jones III

Ulysses Grant Jones, III, 91, of West Newton, S. Huntingdon Twp., passed away Sunday, October 6, 2024 at his home. Born January 7, 1933 in Hahntown, PA he was the son of the late Ulysses Grant Jones II and Irene Jones. A resident of West Newton for the past 60 years, Mr. Jones was retired from Prudential Insurance, where he worked as an Insurance Sales.

He is survived by his wife M. Isabel Laughlin Jones to whom he was married to for 67 years, son & daughter in law U. Grant Jones IV & wife Amber of Ruffsdale, daughter & son in law Linda & Timothy Orlandi of St. Augustine, son & daughter in law Clint & Jaclyn Jones of West Newton, daughter & son in law Jodi & Alan Ciepley of Venetia, sister Vivian Chinnici of St. Augustine, 11 grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his four siblings Carl, William, Irene, and Dorothy.
