Vincent S. Zeli

Vincent S. Zeli, 74, of Belle Vernon, Rostraver Twp., died Monday, November 21, 2016 at 1:16 am at Jefferson Regional Medical Center, Jefferson Hills.  Born October 21, 1942 in N. Charleroi, PA he was the son of the late Sam and Teresa Clausi Zeli.   A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon, Mr. Zeli was a member of St. Sebastian R.C. Church, Belle Vernon and was a retired Chief Financial Officer from Westmoreland Human Opportunities, Greensburg and a veteran of the Vietnam War having served in the US Army.  He was a member of the

Belle Vernon American Legion Post 659, North Belle Vernon Volunteer Fire Department and most of all enjoyed spending time with his family.

He is survived by two sons & daughters in law Lance & Amie Zeli of Canonsburg, Sam & Melissa Zeli of Youngwood and five grandchildren Katie Zeli, Lance C. Zeli, Jaxon Zeli, Luke Zeli, Ethan Zeli.  He is preceded in death by his wife Helen M.  Thompson Zeli 5/3/2014.

Visitation will be held Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon 724-929-6183.  Prayers of Transfer will be held Friday at 12:00 pm in the funeral home followed by funeral mass at 12:30 pm at St. Sebastian R.C. Church with the Rev. Msgr. Roger A. Statnick Pastor as celebrant.  Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  Members of St. Sebastian parish will pray the rosary for the departed soul of Vincent Zeli Wednesday at 3 pm, services will be conducted by the North Belle Vernon Fire Department Wednesday at 6:30 pm and the Belle Vernon American Legion at 7pm all in the funeral home.
