Viola A. Schomer Einhouse Rommel, 90, of Satellite Beach, FL, formerly of Perryopolis, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 18, 2026 at St. Francis Hospice Care Center, Melbourne, FL. Born April 28, 1935 in Connellsville, PA she was the daughter of the late John Schomer and Viola Shong Schomer. A former resident of Perryopolis, PA, Melbourne, FL, Lodi, CA, and current resident of Satellite Beach, Fl, Mrs. Rommel was a former member of St. John the Baptist RC Church, Perryopolis.
She is survived by her four daughters: Ramona Cheryl (Einhouse) Hudak & husband Randy of Negley, OH, René Nanette (Einhouse) Ledford & husband Earl of Satellite Beach, FL, Rachel Anne (Einhouse) Connor & husband Tom of Coraopolis, PA, Rhonda Lee (Einhouse) Pinder & husband Terry, six grandchildren Nathaniel Hudak, Jonathan Hudak, Brody Connor, Brendan Pinder, Molly Pinder, Tristan Pinder, two great grandchildren Evelina Hudak and Luka Hudak. She is preceded in death by her husband Albert F. Einhouse and 2nd husband Lewis J. Rommel.
Visitation will be held Wednesday from 10:15-10:45 AM at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations LLC, Family Owned and Operated, 191 Liberty St. Perryopolis, PA 724-736-2515. Prayers of Transfer will be held at 10:45 AM in the funeral home followed by funeral mass at 11:15 AM at St. John the Baptist RC Church, Perryopolis, with the Rev. Anthony Onoko as celebrant. Interment will take place in St. John The Baptist RC Cemetery.
