Dolores M. Frazier

Dolores Marie Frazier, 86 of Belle Vernon, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital surrounded by her family.  Dolores was the daughter of the late Walter and Julia Duda Howsky.  A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon, Dolores was a Bell Mar Highs School graduate and a member of St. Sebastian Catholic Church in Belle Vernon.  She was a homemaker and worked at the Belle Vernon High School cafeteria.  Dolores loved playing cards with her friends, watching the game show network and most of all enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren as they were growing up.

She is survived by her husband K. Carroll 'Fritz' Frazier to whom she was married to for 6 6 years, two daughters & son in law Debbie & Curtis House of Orlando, FL, Dana Ruscitti of Perryopolis, sister Loretta Mullen of Arnold City, and grandchildren Heather House & Fiance Doug Bronson of Orlando, FL, Ryan & Emma Ruscitti of Toano, VA.

Visitation will be held Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations LLC, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon 724-929-6183.  Prayers of Transfer will be held Saturday at 9:00 AM in the funeral home followed by funeral mass at 9:30 AM at St. Sebastian R.C. Church with the Rev. Michael J. Crookston as celebrant.  Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
